You, as the business owner, are the data controller for your customers' booking data. We act as your data processor for this information.

1.3 Payment and Billing Information

We use a third-party payment processor to handle subscription payments. We do not store your full payment card details. We may retain limited billing information such as the last four digits of your card, card type, and billing address for invoicing and customer support purposes.

1.4 Usage and Technical Data

We automatically collect certain technical data when you use the Service:

• IP address and approximate location
• Browser type and version, device type and operating system
• Pages viewed, features used, and time spent on the Service

1.5 Communications
